Journalist Jarnail Singh wrote on July 6th, 2009 at his blog :Khalsa ji, Today evening my employers Dainik Jagran Newspaper terminated my services. my PIB card of Journalism is seized by govt. it is a conspiracy to destroy my journalistic career. they are vindictive and victimising me. not worried, god is giving me strength to fight.

Now he is again in news. He wrote a book on November-1984 incidents and continued delay in the justice.

His blog is also historical. He said that after the incident of shoe hurling at home minister P Chidambram two culprits sajjan kumar and jagdih tytler denied lok sabha tickets by congress party. though culprits are still unpunished for their crime but i am being punish for raising my voice against injustice. so i thought i should share my views and updates with all. this blog is just an effort in this direction.

This book is my other shoe in the face of injustice," says Jarnail Singh about his book I Accuse: The anti-Sikh violence of 1984.

In the six months after his "symbolic protest" - when the journalist hurled his shoe at India's Home Minister P Chidambaram - of April 7, 2009, Jarnail has put together the book.

Why are things in such a state that I had to hurl a shoe to bring attention to something?" he asks angrily. "Why did Jarnail Singh have to do it? Why did I have to sacrifice my life for the cause of justice? For something that had happened 25 years ago. That tells you something about the system, doesn't it?"

　 When Penguin India asked him to write a book on the anti-Sikh pogroms, Jarnail Singh went to the affected areas and painstakingly documented individual cases.
